1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Armorex website and the purchase of our products. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must not access or use the website.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By placing an order, you affirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to make such a purchase.
3. Products and Descriptions
Armorex offers privacy screen protectors designed for FIG Kosher phones. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all product descriptions are complete, accurate, or error‑free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
4. Orders and Purchase
Orders placed through the website constitute offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Your order is confirmed when payment has been received and processed.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through secure third‑party processors.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once the item is handed off to the carrier.
7. Return Policy
We accept returns only on items that arrive defective or with a manufacturing defect. Items that are not defective are not eligible for return or refund. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
Eligible defects include manufacturing flaws present at the time of delivery, such as bubbling or separation not caused by installation, visible cracks or fractures upon opening the packaging, incorrect sizing for the specified device model, or adhesive failure unrelated to user installation. Damage caused by improper installation, drops, misuse, or normal wear and tear does not qualify as a defect.
Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective item within the 30-day window, you may request a refund. To receive a different product, please place a new order.
How to request a return: Contact us at info@shoparmorex.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos clearly showing the defect. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Do not ship the item back until your return has been approved.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

8. Limited Warranty
Our screen protectors come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow installation instructions. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
9. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ARMOREX DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT WEBSITE FUNCTIONS WILL BE ERROR‑FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMOREX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Armorex, its agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the website or products.
