How to Install a Screen Protector Without Bubbles
A step-by-step installation guide for kosher phone screen protectors, including what causes bubbles and how to fix them after the fact.
Start here
Most questions about kosher phone screen protectors come down to two decisions: which finish you want, and how to get it on straight. The guides above cover both in full — here is the short version.
Clear or privacy?
Both are 9H tempered glass and both protect against scratches, drops and everyday wear. Clear glass is built for maximum transparency — it preserves the original brightness, sharpness and colour of the display, with unrestricted viewing angles. Privacy glass adds 2-directional optical filtering, so the screen stays crystal clear head-on but darkens to anyone looking from the side. Choose clear if you mostly use your phone at home; choose privacy if you use it in public.
Why fit matters more on a kosher phone
Mainstream accessory makers do not tool for these devices, so a protector sold as a fit is often cut for a different phone with a similar screen. On a folding phone that margin of error decides whether it closes flush. Armorex cuts to the measured screen of each device it supports — which is also why the range only covers the phones it can do properly.
Installing without bubbles
Every order ships with an alcohol pad, a dry microfibre cloth and a dust-removal sticker. Work in a low-dust room and clean the screen in that order. Align the protector fully before anything touches down, then lower it from the centre and let the adhesive pull itself outward — pressing the corners first is what rolls air in and causes bubbles.
